Hago Inc...A Family Tradition

Creativity and entrepreneurship were two words that describe the founder of Hago Inc. Herman Harsch.

In 1937, Mr. Harsch (a tool and die maker by trade) and Ludwig Goetz, his partner formed the first two letters of their last names into what has become one of the world's largest manufacturers of precision nozzles �Hago.

The business was built on the innovations made by Hermann Harsch and the many loyal employees who assisted him in developing the unique manufacturing equipment that even today is the basis for producing the finest nozzles in the market.

The business flourished and Hago gained a solid reputation, particularly within the oil heating business as the nozzle of choice for the leading oil burner manufacturers who trusted Hago to supply nozzles with consistent flow rates, well defined spray patterns and accurate spray angles.

Industrial Division

An industrial division was formed to meet the nozzle needs of those outside the oil burner industry. As a result, the company expanded its range into water misting nozzle products and has even designed and produced specialty nozzles for the U.S. Space Program through N.A.S.A.

Under this arrangement, Danfoss will exclusively handle the sale of Hago products, specifically those bearing the distinctive 'B' mark, in international markets. Meanwhile, the remaining portfolio of brands will be dedicated exclusively to the U.S. domestic market. Certain exceptions will be made for our trusted agents in European Union countries who are exclusively engaged in the production and assembly of burners."

As part of our strategic collaboration with Danfoss, our legacy website, www.hagonozzle.com, will be transitioning into a static state. In its stead, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new website dedicated to the U.S. market. This platform will be hosted on both the NeT and U.S. domestic platforms, symbolizing our commitment to an enhanced online experience for our valued customers.

Hago acquires the American manufacturer of oil nozzles.

The Group has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Hago Manufaturing Co., Inc., which produces steel nozzles for large and small oil burners and for other industrial applications. Hago employs 75 people at its factory in New Jersey, USA, with annual net sales of approx. 10 million USD.

In future, Hago will be part of Burner Components which, in addition to oil nozzles, supplies other components and solutions for oil burners. With the acquisition of Hago, will strengthen its position as the world's leading supplier of oil nozzles.
